  Le Gallant is a local favourite. We like to come out to Rogersville for their excellent fricot. They make it the authentic way with carrots, potatoes and dumplings with generous amounts of dumplings. Most places in the area don't serve fricot with dumplings. The wait staff are friendly, helpful and honest. We once lost a gift card in the booth seating and the staff remembered us and gave us the card they found after we had left the next time we came in! The menu offers lots of great food made really well for good prices. They have a large back room for large groups or private events.
